ELEVEN YEARS and counting...

Matt and I celebrated 11 years of marriage on Friday July 19.  We went downtown and had a nice evening to ourselves (thanks Nana and Papa for watching Harps!).  We went on a family getaway on that Sunday to San Antonio.  We had a fabulous time at Sea World.

Summertime in Austin

Even though summertime in Austin can be awful (100+ degrees=yuck), we experienced a few days of 80 degree weather which was amazing! We spent one of those days downtown enjoying the sights and sounds our city has to offer.

It was such a lovely day that we decided to go to the Zilker summer musical.  LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS!

She loved the musical sooooo much, we had to download a song from the musical.
We left after intermission, but Harper enjoyed it so much!

The next day it was hot again, so we went swimming :)

CALIFORNIA!!

California was our destination. We needed to help Grandma Tita pack up her house because she is moving to AUSTIN!! In just under a week, Matt will be flying to California to drive my mom's stuff here. Big job! That's why we needed to go ahead of time to help.  Packing wasn't tons of fun, but we had time to play.  Harper even got to go to Disneyland/California Adventure FOUR TIMES! Lucky duck! Here are some pics of our time in SoCal.
