Harper's first week of school

Harper started the TWC/PPCD preschool program at Voigt school (my campus!) on August 26.  The opportunity arose unexpectedly and Matt and I jumped on it!  She has adjusted so well.  And I love that I am able to see her in the halls with her classmates.  She loves school, her classmates, and her teachers. The Schuppert family are so proud of our little student!

Fun at the Y

This summer, Harper took a gymnastics class and a dance class at the YMCA. She loved both classes! Dance class was a little tough because we could not be in the room with her, but after the first couple of  classes she was fine.

We are so happy to have Grandma Tita here in Texas.  We plan to have lots more fun with our Texas family!!

Day at the dentist

Have I ever told ya'll about Harper's first dentist appointment? It was about 5 or 6 months ago and she screamed bloody murder the ENTIRE time. Sweat rolling off her forehead as I pinned her down. It was awful, to say the least.

So you can understand how nervous we were about her next appointment that was coming up.  Well, she did AMAZING!! Not one tear, she listened and followed all the directions.  She let the dentist and assistant clean her teeth, brush, floss, and fluoride.  So proud of our little girl!

We went on a celebratory train ride at the mall after her appointment. 

ELEVEN YEARS and counting...

Matt and I celebrated 11 years of marriage on Friday July 19.  We went downtown and had a nice evening to ourselves (thanks Nana and Papa for watching Harps!).  We went on a family getaway on that Sunday to San Antonio.  We had a fabulous time at Sea World.
