A lot has happened since I last blogged!! We have had a busy last few months. As you all know, we put our house up for sale in June of last year. We did not have any serious offers, so once the winter holidays were upon us we decided to take the house off the market so we could enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas in peace. Well, in January we got a call from our former real estate agent that someone who had looked at our house in the fall wanted to buy our house! That sent us into fast forward- packing our house up, looking for a new house, inspections, inspections, and more inspections!! We originally wanted to buy in Cedar Park, but we ultimately found a home that met all our wants and needs (no HOA, allows chickens-you know, all the stuff that everyone wants, right??) in North Austin. We couldn't be happier!
